"Do some Dancers like nice guys?"
 
Now I know some dancers like the thug types. But some dancers seem kinda sharp. Don't you think they like nice guys? I read an ebook and it says they like mean guys not nice guys. They want dangerous guys, bad ass guys. So now I'm confused. THe other day i asked a girl if she likes guys to be rude to her. so i asked her if i should be rude to her and if she would like me. I wasn't being sarcastic. She said, absolutely NOT! And I said but the book said the girls wants a rude stuck up guy! she acted like she doesn't know what I'm talking about. You guys know come on now. But what is the answer? I am SOOO confused! I don't want other kinds of girls. How come i only like dancers?

To be honest with you. Come to think of it i have never met a stripper who was ever dating a nice guy. If they were nice they did not have a job and a major drug habit. There always something that a lot of strippers have in common. They get lonely and find creeps because deep down inside they do not think they deserve a nice guy. There might be exceptions but i have never met one.

   For what it's worth, I've talked to a lot of dancers over the years and from what they've told me their personal/romantic lives don't seem any more or less fucked up than the personal lives of non-dancers. Of course, they could be lying to me.

   millionaire since this is the first somewhat rational post you've put up i will partake

i am very experienced (unfortunately) in dating strippers. yes they like nice guys because nice guys give them money, dont hassle them, and take what they can get. they dont LOVE nice guys or feen for nice guys until they get older and wider and life beats them up quite a bit, then they realize things change. some of the strippers perhaps are smart enough to realize they cant be lifers and that their looks are a depreciating asset and eventually they need a real life, or just someone to take care of them

But I still maintain for the most part that strippers are as fucked up as any other gorgeous lady. In fact ugly strippers are just like ugly girls. They'll do more and be more appreciative. The hot ones in or out of the SC are so used to long limes of men kissing their ass its only natural for them to say "hey what about that guy that's not paying attention to me and kissing my ass, he must be hot"

No, most don't.

"Like attracts like" in terms of maturity and self-esteem. Most dancers have low self-esteem, thus they are attracted to guys like them. Thugs and abusive men have low maturity, character and self-esteem. However, if you ask a girl if she wants a "nice guy", she will likely say yes.

But, what they say they want and what they are actually attracted to are two different things.

They will say they like nice guys, but it doesn't mean they're attracted to **nice guys**. Like the other posters mentioned, strippers usually have low self esteem and therefore will naturally feel compatable to loser types.

Like they say, your associations mirror yourself (whether they're friends or lovers). I haven't met a stripper who's in love with a brain surgeon or Nobel Peace Price winner before. Have you?

Women are primarily attracted to confidence and a Nice guy who is coming from a place of neediness and approval seeking is NOT good!

Now, there's nothing wrong with a "nice" guy as long as it's coming from the right place.

Hello Zippy #2.

They want a dominant man (i.e. alpha male), not some wimp that gets pushed around. Just like men wanting healthy looking attractive women. Why? Because these are the traits they want passed on to their offspring, if they were to ever bore his children.

This is nature's way of weeding out the weak, so they don't pass on their genes.

There, I've boiled it down to the basics for you. You don't need to spend countless hours reading all these ebooks to figure why the girls don't like you. You just need to find a girl more needy than you.

   That's a reasonable assertion.

But, how will ML find a girl more needy than he is? Hey, I have a suggestion! Go to the Craigslist personals, and search on BBW. Of course, you will get LOTS of hits, because 90% of the women who post there are fat. But, fat women need love too, and some of them might be even more needy than you, ML. PLUS, you might find a few tall ones.

   Udaho has a good point. You will have a better chance to find what you are looking for on craigslist personals. There aren't any nurturing women to be found at the clubs. What you'll find is a bunch of drug addicted alcoholics with baby daddies all over the place. Sorry, don't mean to generalized, but there are plenty of those there. What do you think you'll have in common with the girls in the club? I'll tell you what, absolutely nothing.

I don't agree. In the REAL world, even "FAT" women can "hook up" much easier than an above average dude. Even "FAT" women" seem to be more discerning about their men, than men are with their women.

I had an acquaintance with this short, (5'0) slightly overweight girl I was flirting with, just to hear her say that she likes her men TALL. Her BF was indeed TALL, but looked like a dork otherwise. I could have very well said the same thing, as I have a preference for women who are fairly TALL. The nerve of that fucking short, out of shape looking.....well, you get my point...
