"what does it mean when a dancer gives you her number?"
 
   Went to a (southern) california strip club tonight. I had a few laps dances with a girl who I was really into. High milage laps.

I asked for her number, and she gave it to me.

Any advice? I made it clear to her that I was interested in meeting her outside the club, etc. She seemed willing to accommodate me.


I think my only worry is being taken for a ride. Well actually I know I am going to be taken for a ride, the question is: will it be worth it?

   Well, that's not my scene.

Not sure if that makes sense. I like going to strip clubs. Occasionally I will get a lap dance or two, but a lot of times I just like to watch the girls. I kind if acted on impulse here, and I am wondering if I am going to get scammed, at the same time this is a very hot, sexy girl and it might be fun to try and hook up with her.

It's been discussed many times, but escorts are way higher mileage than dancers. Hooking is just something dancers sometimes do on the side for extra $$$. Escorts are great at what they do. But there's a certain novelty to banging a club girl. Just be aware that they're never going to exactly be GFE, and they'll always want more $$$ for less service and time.

see if she just wants to hang out first. take her to dinner perhaps, and figure out her vibe. if you can't get a feel for her vibe, then just hammer out the details of what you want. it'll probably kill the moment, but it's better than getting ROB'ed. if she's done this before, she'll have no qualms talking about it.

   That's close to what what I was thinking. And yes the thing is: it's nice NOT kill the moment, even if it's not actually real. I would not mind taking her out to dinner at all and seeing where it goes.

On the other hand, she was giving me pretty high milage laps at the club. It was really fun. I figured I could at the very least cut out the middle man.

   First thing-before you get all gussied up-is to see if it's a legitimate number. By legitimate, I mean, she answers the phone. And not while you're sitting there in the club with her. Voicemail does not count unless she returns your call.

"My voicemail box was full", "My cell was turned off" or any other reason for not getting through is not a valid excuse.

This is pretty much the gist of prior "I got a stripper's phone number" threads.

I make it pretty clear what my intentions and expectations will be.

"I want to take you out to dinner, you know...see if we might be friends. I'm not interested in a professional relationship."

Or..."I really want to see you outside of the club. Do you ever do that? I'll make it worth your while."

   UPDATE: I called the number she gave me yesterday. I got her voice mail. Recognized her voice. Left a message. I will probably call on Monday, and if that does not pan out. I'll leave it at that.
