   In the old days MSC would hire just about anyone - provided they could walk and that they had a vagina - or reasonable fascsimile therof. So, the short answer to your query is, yes, you could be a stripper depending upon the venue.

   Anyone looks good enough to BE a stripper ... but not everyone looks good enough to make good money at it.

You might be able to make good money, but not in this town. Your look might do well in Atlanta or someplace like that, but I think you'll find that the guys going to strip clubs in San Francisco aren't into the booty.

There are stripper all shapes and sizes. There are clubs that are pickier than others. Garden of eden hires all types, Hungry I and MSC. The other clubs look for a certain type depending on what manager is in charge. These guys on the SC forum can be real cruel so do not let them get you down. They are into what they are into so do not take a few guys opinion to heart. You never know until you try. I found that it is not as superficial as these guys make it out to be. I have seen some not so superficially pretty ladies kick some superficial ladies asses. I thought it funny to see this modelish lady with a bad attitude sit in the dressing room crying and saying why is the fat ugly girls getting all the money?? I feel mean for laugh but she was not nice for saying that. Yes looks do help but having good energy ,charisma and good attitude is the key. That is just my two cents from a girl who has been there.

I do have a question. Why do you list your age as 21-24? Are you really unsure of your exact age and have to give an estimate?

   Redbook only allows a few choices (18-20, 21-24, 25-29, 30-37...) to make it easier to search the classifieds for the age range the customer is looking for.

I once suggested in the support forum that the women be allowed to put their age in and the customer would enter an age and all women within two years of that age would come up in the search. No action was ever taken. I suppose the software they use wouldn't allow it, or they just didn't want to take the time to work it out.

LOL most women are not going to tell you there real age anyway. I just say us in the entertainment buz do not have a age. Anyway it is not about the age it is a about the mileage.

It's about both. If the woman isn't offering what I want then of course it's no deal. I'm in my mid-forties. I can get a 40+ year old, and sometimes a thirty-something, without money, but no woman in her twenties will give me a second thought without being paid. When I search the classifieds, that's what I'm looking for. Once I've chosen one, it's up to her to make me want to come back for more.

I agree that most women wouldn't be exact with their age, but I'd like to choose within a range of my own choosing rather than an arbitrary one that someone else thought made sense.

I wish you guys where a little nicer to women. Just because you do not like her does not mean someone else will not. She did post in the most superficial forum and i give her props to have a thick enough skin to. There is more mature gentlemen like ways to let her know your opinion. No wonder why strippers hate there clients. They hate there clients worse than any type of job in the sex industry. I know this because i have worked with them. They are the biggest men hatters i have ever met. I did not stay so long to get so jaded.

Hey Angel.. I notice that too.. do you think that strippers are so jaded towards men because of the assholes they encounter on the job night in and night out? Or is it because of the stereotypical "abusive dad/uncles" upbringing that surrounded many of these girls?

Sometimes I don't understand why a stripper is so reluctant to go out with a decent looking patron and would rather be with a dog face looser/boyfriend/pimp. Is it because their self esteem has been tarnished by the jerkoffs they meet at work, or the lack of male figure in their personal lives.

   My advice is do some crunches, and get some plastic surgery. Real talk.

You have to at least be sorta presentable looking if your asking to be paid for dances.

Maybe in Atlanta you work, but in SF questionable?
