I mean this is totally insane! How much money is the owner losing here? Actually, I say its not the customer's fault. Hey, the girl does not have to like the customer in order to accept a lap dance. And the girl can complain about a customer at anytime. But the manager needs to be a good judge. I really blame the manager for this incident. The club lost a top girl and 2 loyal customers and $500 cash, all because the managers made some stupid decisions.

I swear the God if I am the owner, I would be very hands on. Because you don't know what these managers are doing behind your back. They are wasting you lots of money. On surface everything seems fine. Blame it on the economy. But in reality if you wonder why a top girl is fired and why these 2 evil customers exist, trust me the managers made up some bullshit just to blame everything on others. 2 customers wanted lap dance and the girl refuses. At the end 2 customers got banned and the girl fired.

If I am the owner I would browse this board for complaints from the customers. Then when I find a complaint, I would investigate. I won't trust the managers very much because they are all trying to cover their ass and try not to get fired. Then I would contact the customers and allow them back into the club myself, and don't fire the girl. I would speak to the girl and tell the girl its the club policy to offer lap dance to ANY CUSTOMER. Not just the ones you like, BUT ANY CUSTOMER. I don't give a shit if the customer smells like he did not take bath for a year. You give lap dance now.

Man, the club is running like this because the owner thinks he's all that and is not willing to be hands on. If I were the owner, trust me nobody would be banned and no girl be fired from this incident.
