Man, based on what most people say here, seems like common people don't know how to tell who's really rich and who's not. Put it this way, I know the old man who used to own Show Girls, back in the days it used to be Boys Toy. He sold it for 3 million at the end. Is that guy very wealthy? Well. He could be a millionaire. I say maybe. Because now he owns a house in Millbrae, which worth around $900,000. No other properties. He runs a multi level business online. And just because a club was purchased for 3 million doesn't mean the entire 3 million comes out of the owner's pocket. The bank also loan the money to the owner to make that purchase. So think about that. I say the owner needs to come up with 1 million for a 3 million club. That's why most of the time a club like showgirls has 4 or 5 owners. Because how can 1 person come up with 1 million dollars? Very hard. I say all the clubs on Braodway for Daja Vu, Centerfolds, Showgirls, Roaring 20s, Condore, Little Darlings, Garden Eden. Total price would be 6.5 million. If they have 5 or 6 owners, each owner come up with 1 million.
Yeah that's the part I hate. Because they don't have just 1 owner. Then it makes it difficult for me to speak to somebody. Because owners all meet up and just let the managers do whatever they wish. This is bad for the business. If I am to buy the clubs, I would just pay 6.5 million and simply buy up all the clubs on Broadway. I control all of them. Then I manage all the managers and bouncers myself. I be very hands on. If any customer has concern, they speak directly to me. Any girl or customer needs to be fired or banned, managers must ask me for permission. I be very hands on. Then earn enough money within 2 years and buy out the other clubs in town.
I know club owners, especially if you own a club like Showgirls, might appear to be super wealthy to you. Like they live in a palace and own private jets. But in reality, they live in a nice house and probably own 2 or 3 nice cars. Now franchise owner of Daja Vu could worth up to 10 or 20 million. But indevidual club owners? I say 2 to 3 million tops.
The reason is in this economy its tough to earn money. Lots of club or restaurant owners are just struggling to stay alive. They be happy if they break even each month.
