It's the simple fact that this "girl" doen't care enough about providing "you" with a good service enough to write a few lines about herself, that or she can't spell or write at all. I would say that a high majority or "girls" that post some false information(not to mention down right stolen someones work) tend to have other issues such as fake photos/bait and switch and/or bad service/rob. Further more I do not think in any way that the text I wrote for my ad is some how special or even so much different than any other ad here.

I simply feel that if a "woman" is actually writing an ad to "sell" her "services"(as in not have an ad written by someone that does not even gives a damn about her) then she will take the time to discribe herself in her own words... not use my ad as an outline. This post was more a helpful warning to gentlemen wishing to get good service for their money, not to mention from a woman who wants to be here providing it, that with cl closed there will be a huge wave of bait and switch rob style cl b&s, and that you gentlemen seeking to steer clear of that will have to do more research.period.

You don't think it's amusing with a mixed-race woman claims to have a blond bush? You don't think it's funny when a non-GFE (covered) gal tries to fit her offerings to a GFE format? Where's your sense of humor?

Red gets hit with this issue a LOT. Unlike false pictures, he has no way to verify who authored ad copy. He has no way to verify how much of your "original" work was actually inspired by another ad that was very similar. Generally, he doesn't interfere with these disputes. Although irritating, your situation certainly does NOT fit the criteria for the Neighborhood Watch forum.

By and large, you'll find clients either scan ad copy, looking for keywords, important phrases and price, or they study it. Copying your ad text won't really matter to those who scan. Those who study your ad will go to your website anyway.

The more a potential client cares about your ad copy, the more they'll immediately spot a disconnect with some one who uses it without your authorization. There's kind of an elegant Karma to the whole thing...

I had already uploaded my ad in the post/thread directly above the copied ad I uploaded...Did you even read the entire thread(seems not) This seems to be a personal matter for you, or did you just want to add your two sense to every single threaded... Anyways I have never had any reason to communicate with you before, so I see this as a personal attack out of no where but a dark place where blind hate is stored. The same thing happened to me a couple of times. I hate it because I actually put thought, time and effort into what I say in my ad, and theses fakes did not. I actually wrote the girl and told her to change it. She said, "oh, I'm so sorry, I will try and change it but I diddnt write my ad." To my suprise, she did change it, or whoever wrote her ad did.. Lol. So that was nice.

Lillian, you need to chill. I don't see any attack in Massageman's posts at all. He is simply pointing out that this woman stole your prose in such a way that is so incredibly stupid that it's funny. Meaning it's funny how stupid she is, not that she stole your ad.

Your anger at the word theif is understandable as you take it personally, however, Massageman is also right that the text isn't really anything to stress over. Lot's of ads look the same, and while it's great that providers like you take the time and try to personalize your ad, too many don't. The text is just about listing important facts and trying to sell yourself, not defining who you are like pics do. I am not condoning what she did, nor would I ever see anyone who clearly puts so little effort into her job, but just saying that it's not nearly as eggregious as stealing pics.
