I was watching the hearings on CSPAN this AM.

The tea party republican extremist wing is holding federal government funding hostage to such matters as abortion.

The public does not understand what is going on, thanks to the fog machine and how it has conquered the corporate media that is not capable of doing its job anymore for fear of being called "liberal media."

So are you saying that it's more about the social issues than the deficit?

Why should Planned Parenthood require public funding, it's just a front for the legalized genocide on blacks by the very people that want black folks beholden to the "hive". Why should NPR require Public Funding so the can spew their left wing talking points and assist our enemies that monitor them. Show me the value of these two sticking points in this round of negotiations on allowing the government to run like its hair is on fire, spending like there isn't a problem.

Please, the amount of money between just these two organization probably would not amount to more than several hundred million dollars but Harry Reid will take the entire government down to protect an ideology that most people find irrelevant.

I'll give you a school lunch program in exchange for de-funding Planned Parenthood. You have to give in order to get and Harry don't give.

You just confirmed that it's about social issues, not spending issues. Those social issues were created and funded at the request of a majority of the American people over the last few decades. So now a handful of extremists (who will be out of power at the next elections) want to undo them using the budget process rather than through the legislative process. Do you see the problem yet? Do you also know that two-thirds of the "deciders" are still controlled by the Dems (the Senate and the Administration)? That means the majority of our representatives represent Democratic, not Republican, ideals.

And in that amount of time those entities that came to the American people for funding abused the privilege. What part of Planned Parenthood is planning exactly? In those decades you mentioned, the left wing media did not let the public know what was going on and how the money was being spent. it is much harder now to conceal anything from the American Public.

This government and it's CEOs, if it were a privately run company would be facing jail time for the things it does and the betrayal of the public trust and the number of laws broken.

Time for an independent audit.

Abused the privilege? Left wing media concealing things? Misspent funds? Give us some facts, not fear mongering hearsay to back up your statements. While you're at it prove to me that there has been no abuse, misspending, or concealment of any sort by right wing legislated bodies. And if you're going to be that naive about how the world works then also prove that the tooth fairy is real.

Talking about messing up, so the Feds should pull the tax exempt church status of all Baptist churches for making Jesus' pulpit a political one.

That;s pretty much RR thought process these days: Disagree with us? Fuck you! We'll find the smallest thing, blow it out of porportion and fuck you in the ass afterwards.

I bet it would be pretty easy to justify pulling tax exempt status from a ton of churches.

So you advocate pulling the funding because they fucked up? The military has fucked up too. Do you want to pull their funding? Don't use a microscope? The tea baggers are using the telescope at Mt. Palomar to focus on their targets. That's exactly the problem that you seem to be advocating because you don't like Planned Parenthood. BTW the "planning" part of Planned Parenthood is self explanatory. What part of that needs to be explained to you?
