I've been a fan of NOLO for many years. An excellent resource.

Nolo Press is an outstanding resource and I advise all of the Paralegals doing internships in my office to read their materials and publications on a wide array of subjects. I'm just "chiming in" to say that many of these Nolo books are available in the Public Library but you will find a great many more in your County Law Library which is open to public. The downside of the County Law Library is that you cannot check a book out unless you are a Law Student or member of the Bar. You can also ask the Law Librarian for "specific" Treatises or Law Journals, etc. that pertain to whatever situation you may find yourself in.
