"Unknown yet LEGITIMATE RB Posting Ground Rules"

I will create a new thread on this board to help folks understand the rules for posting on RB which are NOT specifically stated in the POSTING GUIDELINES link (see full text below).

For the most part, I learned about these rules the hard way...at one time I was suspended... This will prevent you from spending a lot of time writing a post and having it deleted as well.

Feel free to add to this thread with approriate rules...I will keep this thread updated as I get reprimanded by the Mods or RB...

BigBlue's List of No-No things to do on the Regular Boards:

1. Never post links from the Underground onto the regular boards even to justify/validate/exemplify a normal post. Interpretation of rule #3 below.

2. Never mention the Girls Talk or Bad John list on any post. I don't know the exact reason.

3. Strictly follow the Conservatory's ground rules for no harsh statments/flames. Anything contrived as offensive will be removed.

4. Never accuse a provider of wrong doing without providing evidence...but not from the UG.

5. Regarding flaming...never just flame away at a person in a juvenile fashion (ie. just calling names). Make them creative, civil, and constructive.

As I said before, as I get reprimanded, I will share the reasons with y'all...

1. "Update"

6. Never post any verbiage discussing or accusing others of underage sex.

7. Never cut & paste full reviews from the regular review section onto the message boards. I've seen bits and pieces of reviews (to make a point) posted with no deletion, but don't post full reviews.

8. If your post gets deleted, don't re-post it again. Mods usually get heart burn or anurisms (sp?) for this bold act.

9. Do not post too many polls...especially polls with non-relevant topics on the main boards. RB should update their "main" posting guidelines to mention this generic rule.

10. Do not flame by simply using picture icons. I got a post deleted because I did the following....
+ = a certain BBW provider

11. Do not continuously post with the same theme (Broken Record Syndrome). For instance, CutiePie's recent bantering over the Ho "alien conspiracy" was just overkill. Thus, various moderators killed many of those threads

...with a racial theme...

12. Do not post any threads in the Community Hall relating to the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. This topic stirs up racially motivated slurs and becomes a hot topic. These threads will receive instant deletion.

13. Do not post racial jokes. The recent incident between TonyT and Kwanz is a prime example.

the next time you see a provider put a url in a signature or blatantly advertise services, hit the alert button!! I did it last week and the post was deleted. I still see a lot of URL'S in posts but eventually they will figure it out. maybe they should suspend them for violating the guidlines.

9. "Without commenting on BBB's list...."
In response to message #0

--well, I'll make one comment....on the whole, it seems fairly accurate to me. Anyway, I'd like to contribute a couple or 3 points, one of which he already made:

A) It is policy to delete any mention of "young" providers, in ANY CONTEXT. This includes, for example, warnings that someone may be too young, jokes, pictures, or links to questionable pictures, etc. The reason is pretty simple.....none of us want RB to be mentioned in any way, shape or form as a forum where sex with juveniles is discussed. Cops and DAs and do-gooders are all quite capable of distorting, quoting out of context, etc etc etc. You can't distort what isn't there.

B) Any attempt at scoring or promoting drugs (eg. "Where can I get some 420") is also against policy. Same general reasoning as in A above.

C) Unverified rumors about providers or clients having AIDS, or anything else in the way of a sexual disease are also against policy. This is because false medical rumors about a provider OR a hobbyist are easy to start, easy to use for revenge, and can ruin a girl's business or a guy's sex life....

I'm happy to answer questions about these or other issues, please inbox me.

PS: (OK, I lied about commenting )

Regarding BBB's #4...perhaps he is overstating the case a bit. For example, if someone is ROBed, it is fine to post about it, preferably in Neighborhood Watch. Only rarely, in the case of seriously disputed facts, would evidence be required (from both parties). In most other situations, it's bad to accuse ANYONE, hobbyist or provider, of serious wrongdoing without evidence---as it would be in any community, virtual or otherwise. On the whole, though, I think BBB's made a useful and accurate list. Good post....thanks.

D) Don't post about competitive sites, other review sites, etc.
