At the moment you can have two different logins here. They are:

VIP/NORMAL REVIEW SITE:
a) Username change = email us if you are an active VIP member.
b) Password change or EMail change = http://www.myredbook.com/db/profile.aspx

MESSAGE BOARD / CLASSIFIEDS / RATEME:
c) Username change / rename:
If you are a current VIP member, email or inbox us your username(s), email, and new desired username.

If you are not a current VIP member, then the cost is $14.95 to rename, and you get a free month of VIP access. ( hint: pay here http://www.myredbook.com/join )

Note: When a user is renamed, you retain your join date, ad views, inboxes, ratings, etc. Any existing reviews or ads would reflect the new username. Existing (and archived) message boards posts cannot be renamed due to a software limiation.

d) Otherwise, send us rb-mail to delete your existing username. Then you can re-register under a different name. Note that anything in your rb-inbox will be deleted and your post count will be reset to 0.

e) Password change = log in and click the USER link in the top menu, or go to:
http://forum.myredbook.com/cgi-bin/dcforum2/dcboard.pl?az=user&command=change_password

This will also update the classifieds ad system with the same password.

EMail change = send rb-mail

http://www.myredbook.com/support.aspx

f) Please note, if you email us, send us your existing username and if you are using a different email address, your password (or something that proves who you are). Also, let us know if you are talking about your Review and/or Message Board login.

CHANGE PASSWORD

1. change password on your email account.
Something you never used before, something with numbers and letters, etc.
tips: pick a word and substitute numbers for letters, eg: mypassword becomes mypa55w0rd

pick a sentence and use only the first letter of each word, eg: i love blow jobs in the morning becomes ilbjitm, then 11bj1tm

2. change password on the message board.
3. use the new password on the classified section.
