The problem is that your broswer or proxy server is caching an old page.

1. Try the key combination: Ctrl r
That does a hard refresh (IE,Netscape)

2. Check your cache settings.
(IE6) Tools -> Internet Options
General Tab
click SETTINGS... button under Temporary Internet Files
click AUTOMATICALLY radio button under Check for newer versions of stored pages.

3. Delete temporary files.
(IE6) Tools -> Internet Options
General Tab
click DELETE FILES... button
Close all browser windows

4. Disable your proxy server
(IE6) Tools -> Internet Options
Connections tab
click LAN SETTINGS... button
if USE A PROXY SERVER is checked, uncheck the box
Close all browser windows
If you can't surf the internet anymore, go back and check the box.
