There are girls all over the place, starting early evening but really picking up after 10 pm. All along Sukhumvit and check the Nana Hotel (don't recommend staying there) parking lot across from Nana Plaza. Usually filled with girls after 10 pm again.

Check out Thermes Coffee Shop (not really a coffee shop but a pick up place) on Sukhumvit also. That's where freelancers hang out, again getting lots after the magic hour of 10 pm. Only costs you a drink ( reasonably priced) and another for the girl if you hook up with one. Since they are freelancers, there is no bar fine as they have no connection with the Thermes except to show up there looking for a Farang. Just set the price up front.

In Bangkok, the going rate is 1000 baht short time and 1500 baht long time. Go to Pattaya sometime (girls, girls, girls on Beach Road) where the rate is half that of Bangkok.
