Simple. Rather obvious. Not sure if AMP meant what you think, but these should be responsive:


1. "(Service) negotiation BEFORE donation". I asked her for pre-authorization of services, and RB GFE was confirmed.

2. Communications with one RBer who had seen her and he said she was RB GFE..

3. GFE in the strict sense refers to the services only, so one can walk away from an RA with a GFE menu.
