"What's with the glass doors at USSR?"
 
   Anyone else thinks it's strange USSR recently installed frosted glass doors (with plenty of clear spots in the decorative pattern for anyone to plainly see what is happening) for the massage rooms?

For $5, you can stand at the glass door and watch, but I'd still rather pay $10 for one of the good seats in the viewing lounge behind the one-way mirror. (Now where's that tongue-in-cheek smiley?)

At least one other place has doors with eye-level windows, but those can be covered with a towel. Based on your description, it sounds like USSR is sending a serious message that they want to be known for therapeutic massage only.

It is their way to generate extra revenue for "pay to see LIVE ACTION" behind glass door. Must be the recession economy that mongers cannot afford to pay 2 bills so watching is the alternative. I digress..... Seriously, it meant that no extra service will be provided to comply with Supervisor Chu's guideline that Massage is all about massage. Impression is one thing and behind closed even glass door is another thing. This is what it is. Cheers

quick question: is that on both floor's? i'm taking a guess its just the top floor since the lower floor is'nt so busy and half the time empty with no customers...either way, its gonna be weird to session in there since guys would tend to gape on see thru doors...not to mention there are women that actually ger real massages there too!

I was there a few weeks ago , didn't see any glass doors ! ! ! Only on the 7th Floor, noticed they do foot massages as you get out of the elavator, a few reclining chairs ! ! !

I guess I have to move the massage table into the large shower stall or in the elevator, pull the off switch & hang an out of order sign to get any privacy now.
