It's still open. I visited it a couple months back and didn't receive a very good massage (in and out in about 45 mins after paying for an hour.) The shower I used was somewhat broken and there was dog crap everywhere. If you're lucky and you get a room upstairs, it's pretty nice. Most likely you'll get one of the rooms downstairs and they're not the best.

The old Carnival. This one here I was there 3 months after openning & that was about 3 years ago. Typical TAMP. It was new & fresh then. It was across a bus stop where many asian riders frequent to Chinatown.
