How were your experiences...terrible? Don't know about others, but hannah was OK-ish with me (cbj, little clinical, but OK), and Vicky was also cbj, but at least dkf to a small degree...can't say they were horrible, but definitely not great service. I thought bout repeating, but didn't get chance, since there were so many better options!!

   Amy was indeed pretty horrible, though one of the better looking RAs I've seen.

To be fair, KP is pretty reliable. Although I've never had a mind-blowing experience with them, most have been very nice sessions. Brandy from last year was a keeper, for example.
