Yea, the woman PO is kinda rude but she works with man PO. His accent is not that bad. You kinda have to use a little intuition, but the place is in a good easy to find location.

Tiara's nice tush is worth it.

I saw Tiara a couple days ago and had a MAJOR hassle with the POs.

She has had at least four POs on this visit. First was an asian woman Second was a western man. Both seemed fine. The man was particularly good to deal with. Now this asian m/f tag team. I asked her about the PO when I saw her; she just said that she has no choice in POs, her boss makes the decision. The review that I wrote hasn't made it out of the 7 day hold yet, so I hope it is ok for me to include part of it here. If not, hopefully a monitor will remove this post.

Incidentally, although I had trouble getting the PO to answer the phone, otherwise they treated me ok I had little trouble understanding what they were saying. Here is an exert from my review.

PO rant: Fourty-seven call system. I got through to the male PO this morning at 9:30 and asked for an appointment for 11:30 or twelve. The PO said 11:30 leaving the impression that it was going to be a squeeze for them: someone else must have previously booked for 12:30 and they had to slip me in quick (pun fully intended). I asked for the location. He said to call an hour before the appointment. I explained that I live over an hour’s drive away: I need a general location so that I can get close enough to be there an hour after the next call. He gave me the name of the city. That served my purpose so we were on. I drove for an hour and called at 10:30. No answer and the voice mail was full. I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED: NO ANSWER. I was trying to figure out how to send my first ever text message when he called asking where I was. Then he said to call when I get there and hung up without telling me where “there” was. I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED: NO ANSWER. So I finished driving to the city in question and stopped it was almost 11:00 by now. I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED: NO ANSWER. Finally after ten minutes a woman answered and said she would call me back. When I hadn’t heard anything after another ten minutes, you guessed it-- I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED: NO ANSWER.

This is starting to sound like a bad Country and Western song. If you are getting tired of the refrain, think how I was feeling. I was concerned that I would be rushed through because they had wasted so much time. The worst thing was that I was so mad that I knew I would not be able to fully relax and enjoy this little slice of peace that I was buying. I am paying 200 per hour to feel pampered, I certainly didn’t feel pampered at this point. It was a no win situation. An administrative hassle like this can ruin everything. I was tempted to show up, make a scene then walk out so as to waste the maximum amount of their time like they had wasted mine. If it had been anyone but Tiara, I might have, but I really wanted to see her before she returns to Korea. In retrospect, I should have just chalked it up to experience and gone home. Maybe I should change my hobby to chain saw juggling. That would be more relaxing.

Finally at 11:30 the lady PO called. She was basically calm and responsive from this point on.

If they had answered the phone within a reasonable amount of time, I would have been a half hour early rather than 15 minutes late.

Everyone would have ended up happier.
