Palm's lineup has decidedly improved in the past two years. Avoid the rush (generally 10 pm to midnight...) because you won't get the better looking women. A good time to go is generally between about 7:00 pm to 9:00pm on weekdays. (Better still is in the afternoon if your work schedule permits..) You have a shower in the room unlike CEO which has a shared shower (but it is much better than it used to be...) Swing by Palm first since it's close. Ask to see all of the women (they have a habit of hiding the more popular women in the back when it's slow...) and if you don't like what you see, then head to CEO.

CEO rush hours are during the day and also the last two hours they are open.
