Ditto, KP had nice looking girls that "matched" pictures". Think they were the big target with their multiple sites throughout the bay area. Yes, it is interesting no news about this, considering it is a big bust. Thought the Feds or State would publicize the bust to show what they are doing with our tax dollars.

Funny how all their ads disappeared from RB, did Red do this?

If KP was busted you would have heard about it in the news by now.
They probably got tipped off and have gone dark until its safe to
resume operations. So unless somebody has a link to a news story
talking about them being busted, then all the talk here is just
mental masturbation. It's kind of funny too considering how much
bitching and moaning there was about KP. Now guys are crying that
they are gone. Even if KP was busted some one will step up to
take their place. Too much money to be made.

'If KP was busted you would have heard about it in the news by now."

No. Fed raids even if State assisted are often not reported.

"They probably got tipped off and have gone dark until its safe to resume operations."

So multiple former kp workers are all not telling the truth ?

"Now guys are crying that they are gone."

Don't see the crying. There's denying, even by guys who know that kp was busted and mr. kp taken into custody.

"Even if KP was busted some one will step up to take their place. Too much money to be made."

What's wrong with that ? Hopefully they will stay small and low profile and not so obvious.

Is anyone familiar with PACER? Aren't all federal cases listed there? Maybe someone can find something there.

Yes, if a complaint was filed, and if you have the defendant's actual first and last name, then pacer will have entries, Bur why care ? Why bother ? If he's gone or unavailable or stopped working for whatever the reason the effect is the same. You want the women to be available.

My guess is that people asking want to know where their ATF went

Just keep your eyes open on the classifies, this business is very liquid (pun intended) and RAs will find a new home in no time (unless of course they were swept up too)

I'm just wondering if anyone can confirm. I'd trust PACER more than some random gossip on this message board. Plus if you have access to PACER which many people do for various reasons it only takes ten seconds to find it. I used to have corporate access to it but I've switched jobs since then.

I subscribe to the theory that whenever someone achieves a certain level of success, then L.E. probably thinks it is worth their while to shut down that org.

Then again, I like to think that Tommy and KP made enough money and just became risk-averse and shut down voluntarily!

Either way, the supply/demand curve is working against us!
