Here is a little education for you that hopefully will help you to avoid the unpleasant situation that you just experienced.

Step 1: use the search feature of RB and put the EVA's phone number in the phone number field as shown below

Step 2 : Click on search and you get the following:

Step 3 - Click on the providers and you will see the review headlines for them:

Step 4: If you have VIP, you can see the details. Even without it, you can pretty much conclude that the ORG. is B&S one with old RAs.
