   That's not a bust. Every year, in addition to the regular Health Dept inspections conducted by Ed Walsh, there is a "detailed" inspection that includes fire code, building code, etc. Every place is the City eventually gets a visit like that -- maybe one per year depending upon resources. It's just part of the standard operating procedure for massage parlors in SF now. They leave the customers alone and do not enter any rooms where customers are getting a massage.

Nobody likes to be tagged routine or not. Bigger problems in the city than just some grown ups spreading some relaxation in these tense times. I've known some bureacrates who are running for office who are some of their best clients.
