Anyone know what happened to Monrovia Massage on San Pablo Avenue in El Cerrito?? I drove by and they were closed down. Why did they close? Strange.

I wonder why the rooms have to be 9 feet wide according to city code. 7 feet, 9 feet, pretty much the same. Sound strange the city building inspector can close down a business over something so petty.
