No. Don't believe everything in ad (most obvious one - AGE). In fact, don't even believe everything in the reviews (some just BS and some are purely shills).

Why do you say "obsessed" ?

If indeed she has droopy boobs, that is a separate issue from her being what you call a "lovely, gorgeous, sweet young woman".

And we all certainly entitled to our opinions and preferences about any RA. Some of us really dislike breast implants and post about it more than once, but that does not qualify as an "obsession", but rather it's a strong preference.
