though I am not a huge poster or reviewer, I have been hobbying for a w while and have been part of redbook for a sometime too.

I am at a massage place in redwood city about once a week where I can get a decent rubdown for less than $60 for the hour with extras usually not exceeding $100, normally for my tastes I go for the $60 dollar extras. the ladies at this establishment range from 6-9.5 in the look department and service is normally in in the 7-9.5 area.

If I feel like I need extra special extras, I will see my ATF in the southbay that I have been seeing for about two years, maybe once a month. RBGFE for $140. I would say she is about a 7.5 in the looks department and a 9.5 in the service department.

So here is where I am a chump.

2 days ago I visited massage parlor in San Francisco, on O'Farrell. I just happened to be working at a local hotel that day and I did not feel like hitting traffic when I left, so an hour with a pretty girl should reduce my time in traffic, i thought. So, I go to the ATM and get the max withdrawl of a whopping $200 and get charged $2.95 for it. I walk to the establishment and am initially pretty happy as a bevy of young asian girls are lounging around under the red lighted "lobby". A lady, who I assume is the mamasan takes me by the hand and begins walking me up to my massage room. I want an hour she tells me it $70, I pay. I shower and go back to my room. turns out mamasan is actually the one that will be giving me a massage. the massage is a typical one of these establishments, non cmt for about 15 minutes. and the end of the she begins the light touching and teasing, which is fine. I have made up my mind that since I am already here I will allow myself to get a handjob from this lady. no more.
It turns out I was wrong, long story short, mamasan runs a very hard sell. I end up being sold FS for $160 (after talking her down $200). The FS was actually not that bad but I was unable to enjoy it because I felt I had been forced to buy it and the set of boobies bouncing in front of my face was not up to my normal stadandards.
To close out the story. I normally pay up $140 for great RBGFE+++ from my ATF or great CMT with extras. 2 days ago I paid $235.95 ($70 house, $2.95 atm fee, $3.00 credit card fee, and $160 girl fee) for all covered, FS, non-GFE services with a girl that was a 7 in the looks department and a 5 in the service department.
Hell, I have seen Sony down here in the Southbay and gotten RBGFE (yup, she did BBJTCIM)for $200 last month just because I felt like splurging.
That is the story of why I think I am a chump.

Preventive maintenance?

* The bank charges have nothing to do with the fact that it was an AMP visit. You would have run up the same charges if you had taken out $200 from an ATM to go shopping downtown.

* Five minutes of research in the review section would have made it clear that you walked into a FS massage parlor, not a rub-and-tug.

* Getting her to drop her fee from $$ to $.6 was a step in the right direction, but not a big enough step. It was sort of like going to Macy's for a "25% off" sale on stuff that's already been marked up 50%. Again, a little rate education would have been wise. That same principle applies even if you had wandered into a rub-and-tug instead.

* Your biggest mistake was to allow mamasan to decide who would take care of you. Did you think all the cute girls in the lobby just stopped by for a Tupperware party?

By the way, there's only one AMP that fits your description, so I may ask the mods to edit out the street name from your original post for purposes of discretion.

They're happy, and think they are getting their money's worth, so more power to 'em.
