Then stop going to AMPs/AAMPs. Search the FBSM forum/ads or if you're really looking for the BJ, FBSM+. If you're really looking for a serious massage, you can also look for a lady who's a CMT. If you have a preference for asians, there are a small handful of Asian girls who provide FBSM. It's out there. You've just been looking in the wrong places.
