A few good ones, a few poor ones.... nothing fantastic..... poor location. Word is he now picks you up in his suv, blindfolds you and drives you to his place then takes off your blinders. When u r finished, you get blinded again and taken to your car.

Yeah, nothing fantastic. Full RBGFE from girls who are legitimately under 25 years old, for $160. No, nothing fantastic about that. Definitely not worth driving way out to that poor location.

Which by the way, isn't a poor location. A poor location implies that it's in a bad neighborhood. This is not the case. In fact, it's in a way safer location than pretty much all of the City's storefront AMP's. It just might not be as convenient for some.

Not sure how many girls you've seen there, but I've not seen a poor one yet.

And if your "word" about how he operates is from the thread I posted earlier, then you are taking it way too literally. That's not what happens.

Good luck to "Benjamin" if he indeed exists.

This sounds like a hoax to me. I don't think he can run a profitable operation in this economy like that. There just isn't enough business out there.

Great marketing attempt, nonetheless.

This was almost as good as the Shoreline Amp.

When they alluded to blindfolding, i knew this was just a hoax of a shill.

Kinky stuff, for a org operator to be doing.

Plus, it won't pass muster with guys flush with cash who have plenty of other options out there.

There was an org that did this in SoCal, and at $120, and they went out of business or were busted.

PN seems to think Ben's existence is a hoax. Of course it is not. I have been to his house and sampled his wares. Pretty good value, but not quite RBGFE and some upselling. As has been written many times before.

The thing about the blindfold was obviously a joke - and a comment on Ben's odd setup. As for the location, seems to me it's no worse than many an AAMP.

Another sweeping generalization not backed up by examples or facts. I find quite the opposite - - - accurate information set forth in an intelligent, well-constructed manner.

This thread is not about PN69, anyway, so back on topic re: Ben's place.

If he is still out in the avenues and near "V" street, it's a terrible location and a recipe for disaster. Way too residential and similar places in that same area have been busted and closed. Physical setup of the house is not good. Rooms terminate in a small hallway, you will meet other Hobbyists up close and personal and unexpectedly, poor soundproofing, the women push hard for tips without the service/attitude justifying tips, being told a woman is available but when you get there she is with another appointment, etc.

Those of you who disagree with any of the above, please post as I've only been there three times.

   I have only been there once myself,but I would agree with you. A parade of mongers walking up to that door has to be obvious to the neighbors, and although I found Ben and the gals friendly, the physical location, layout, and facilities are not that great.
