"Popular RA Wants Surgery To Improve Business."
 
   She says her business is down. Also all the comments about her looks by the RB Bros have made her seriously consider this option.
She has already done the boobs, but they are a little hard.Her face usually rates 6 to 7, or less by the less infatuated. Service 9 or better.

   Would suggest getting boobs redone if they are hard. Find a better surgeon. The better ones look and feel real and are barely detectable. Either that or take them out (unless they are naturally saggy). I prefer natural boobs even if they are smaller. Given a choice between equally attractive RAs (with similar service skills), I would choose the one with the unenhanced (natural) boobs.

If she wants to do something with her face, that is up to her. I don't know what she looks like so I can't comment on what could be tweaked. If she is a little overweight, losing weight would help since I prefer slim figures. Losing weight doesn't require surgery usually. Just a little will power and hard work.

I agree with yah. Natural boobs even if they are A's are much better than those sand bags. I know many Asian sex girls they have enhanced their noses, eye lids and even facial features to match with Caucasian looks. Finally, a few of them colored hairs blond. Now, if the girl is reading this post, she will be better off in her natural body if she improves your service, skills and attitude.

   Without knowing who you're talking about, it is difficult to comment on facial features.

IMO, as far as improvements to their figures go... many of the kgirls would be well served discontinuing the smoking, eating several small meals/snacks throughout the day instead of one or two giant meals and exercising. Many have questioned me about my stomach or body. When I give them those suggestions, they're usually met with a, "Yeah right, I'm not doing that," look. I could care less about fake boobs, tanned skin, giant lips, etc... but I do very much appreciate a tight body.

Natural is alway best, IMO. But if she desires to have larger breasts, go for it...just have it done so that it feels natural .

Along with tummy tucks, ass implants, and facial ( esp. lips and nose)tweaks...if it helps her business, I say do it.
