Q - Should she do this?
A - Yes if she's also incorporates an advertising makeover as well; professional, well done imagery tends to be a critical part of the allure.

Q - If yes, without knowing who she is can you suggest improvements to make?
A - Previously discussed re: breasts

Q - Do you need to know her name, to really help?
A - Not for general advice but probably yes, for a beneficial critique

Q - Or would that be to much invasion of privacy?
A - That might have been a better question to ask her than suggesting she ask if she can be altered to look like someone else insofar as that might be a disqualifying impetus for an ethical surgeon. However, I don't think so but it depends on how she feels about that aspect of life being known.

When did the issue change from wanting to "Improve Business" to the more survivalist "continue in the business"?

Generally, well done cosmetic surgery doesn't get cast as a detriment by most guys. When it's coupled with desirable, well executed services, the result is likely to be a dance card filling combination.

If decide to go ahead with surgery (obvious cautionary reminders):
Find a reputable surgeon
Get references
After consultation, take your time deciding if want to go ahead
Be realistic about what can be done
Make sure you understand the risks. It can turn out great or it can go horribly wrong. People have died during surgery or been disfigured.

After the surgery is done and have healed, put before and after pics in ad and say "Check out my new face! You like?".

To OP, does she really need surgery? Or does she think that if she can tweak this or that, business will improve? Maybe all she needs is a makeover. Change hairstyle and/or makeup. Changing clothing doesn't apply in this situation since she doesn't wear any for most of the session. Difference in look sometimes dramatic with just change in hair and/or makeup.

No amount of surgery will overcome lack of skills and enthusiasm.

Very few girls can survive on advertising alone.

I know K-girls are a prideful bunch and reducing price may hit their ego but nothing is worse then no business. You also avoid the initial capital investment of plastic surgery, which may or may not improve her business and will take many more additional sessions to break-even.

I can't help but wonder if this was spurred by a previous thread on Iris where someone said he walked when he saw her. I would hope, then, that the girls also noticed the reaction everyone had here: that the guy who walked was an IDIOT for walking out on one of the best experiences he can have.

My advice to every RA reading this is it's about service. Make us want to come back and don't fret the guys hung up on looks. Non-AAMP girls will tell you that the best and most reliable business comes from regulars, guys who come to see you again and again because they establish a relationship with you, are comfortable with you and enjoy being with you. That's why I made an effort to see Iris before leaving, even though I didn't have the time or the money to spare and there were new girls to see. She's a GREAT TIME, and I get along with her and like her. That matters more than anything.

I'll say it again: plastic surgery will not fix the problem. It's an attempt to appeal to the last people you want, someone hung up on looks.

PS. Someone might want to explain to this girl that our economy is almost as bad as North Korea's and that is going to hurt their business, and no plastic surgery will fix that.
