"Starting a new amp"
 
   I was thinking of starting my own amp. I have a apartment that just opened up. Where do I find amp girls to work? Any thoughts?

   Are you serious? If you have to ask, you shouldn't be trying to get into the business. People fumbling their way in this line of work often attract the attention of LE and find themselves in hot water.

get the idea out of your head and forget you ever thought of it.

you're dealing with mob-run enterprises here and LE is the least of your worries if you try to hone-in on this stuff.

the only way you could staff your place would be to see girls at other places and collect their private cell numbers - then you could offer them to join your place and you would have to take a smaller house-fee from the girl (if house is taking $40 to $60 right now you're gonna have to offer the girl a house fee of like $20 to get her to work for yah...).

bad bad bad idea, get it out of your head unless you want to get yourself killed or thrown in jail.

What language do you speak? If you only speak English you'll have to take on a partner that speaks the language of the girls you want to attract (Chinese, Korean, Japanese etc.).
You might want to try and weasel your way into the following positions: a Water Boy, Towel Washer or Driver and first learn the business.

You must bring an experienced test pilot on board to have a decent shot at success in this endeavor. I'm printing up some new business cards now. My only stipulation is right of refusal in case you're not-so-hot in putting together a line-up.

   How discrete is your apartment location? It should be preferrably be situated far from car, pedestrian traffic and also have plenty of parking. If you don't have these conveniences to offer to clients you might as well be out of luck. Would you want to come to a RA's apartment that has a lot of neighbors hanging out by the patio or balcony? Or do you want to circle around the block looking for a place to park?

If opening up an amp was this easy, I bet all of us would have done this a long time ago and make some good ca$h by now. Good luck.

   No way, set up your AAMP like some former houses did. Make sure the clients have to stand around in front of a gate so that the residents get a good look at you, and then make sure your clients wander aimlessly through the vast unnumbered hallways, and then finally make sure your clients stand in front of the door several minutes late, while multiple passers-by wonder what the hell you are standing there for.

   You first need to obtain a business license for your AMP if you are really interested. No apartment can get a massage establishment business license. It has to be AAMP. In that case no license is required. If you need help let's talk and strike a deal. I'll test myself all the employees before recruiting as hiring process. Also, I'll keep tracking of there performance by testing them regularly. There you have a partner. Sounds good to yea?
