"Someone Hacked Into My Yahoo Account"

I don't know who it is or why it happened but someone has hacked
into my yahoo account (jazzy_jazelle19@yahoo.com). If anyone has
recieved any emails from this address since June 25 they are not
personally from me. I would also like to know if anyone knows how
to delete an account without be able to get past the security
questions. It is important i delete the account as soon as possible.
