My rates for my training are:
175 Yogas for a 45 minute aural / training only
250 Yogas for a full hour very safe fully physical training session
300 Yogas for a full hour as above, but includes in in-room Jacuzzi session for the ultimate in relaxation. Bubbles includes at no charge on request!
