* I move the fastest on those who include refs and an introduction in their FIRST email. If it takes a couple rounds for your reference info, my interest wanes...If you omit your reference info, do not expect a reply.

* It can take a while to verify a reference; my "admin" does this in her spare time. These days my focus is my existing clients, so if it takes me a while to get back to you, I apologize in advance!
