Whether you need deep tissue or just deep relaxation, I can tailor my session to your needs. I often start with the slow and gradual assisted stretching, with rhythmic pressure. Then there is a relaxing, quiet portion mid-session with acupressure face, scalp, hand, foot, ear and neck massage so you can sink deep into that quiet, happy place. I have just put the featherbed on top of the mat, and the wool topper to keep in your body warmth for those winter sessions. Then when I have you relaxed enough I put you on the comfy body cushion with the face cradle and I proceed to deep work on your back. I employ deep tissue bodywork techniques with skill, so let me know if that's what you'd like, as I can give you all the pressure you could possibly want! Or, of course we can go as gently as you wish! And now you can include luxurious spa treatments to any 2 hour session. Soothing hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, refreshing salt scrub/body brushing for your back, Korean-inspired relaxing foot bath prior to your warm oil foot massage, fresh rosemary, ginger or eucalyptus steam aromatherapy/inhalation and invigorating fresh

And now, I get to see my old faves for fbsm in Mountainview, and some new gents for bodywork there. Folks have expressed pleasure in the new locations!
DEDICATION
If you're new to this type of bodywork, rather than giving a single session a try, I suggest an initial period of weekly, biweekly or monthly (depending on your state of health and flexibility) extended therapeutic sessions. This provides a chance to get familiar with the structural, postural, and body-mind-spirit (holistic) benefits of consistent progress in this unusual bodywork style.
With consistency, you will experience improved benefits over time. You'll be able to tell by how much easier the stretches and twists become, and your overall feeling of more ease, such as less stiffness (less of those creaks and aches) and pain, less muscle tension, better sleep and improved posture, as well as a feeling of increased flexibility and well-being.
