"my car was stolen this morning...need help ASAP"

LAST EDITED ON 18-Aug-10 AT 12:03 PM (PST)

so ok I cant believe my car was stolen this morning, as it was a piece of crap... but I am DESPERATE for some help from ANY rb family.... I definitely do not have the money for a car right now :( and I really only need one for 4-5 months till I move to Ma..

but I am hoping someone, anyone has a extra car they can either loan me or sell me as without a car, I obviously can not work (because have to take kids to sitters and my son has to go to autisim appts)
sigh... I would be eternally thankful...

I almost dont WANT to post this, but I am sobbing and have asked help every place I can think of, and I am turning to the rb family I have had for almost 9 yrs... in hopes... I hope the mods do not delete this...

p.s. I did file a police report, but not sure what help I can get from them :(

Bummer. Hopefully they just took it for a joyride and the cops will find it parked on the street somewhere.

That sucks hon! Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Lots of rental car companies offer discounts to customers that need long term rentals such as weekly or monthly rentals. They have very affordable rates that may benifit you and it won't hurt to inquire.

Don't worry about posting this... hopefully somebody can help. I just donated an old pickup otherwise I would have had a loaner. You never know who out here has a extra old car laying around. Good luck.

Is it safe to assume you don't have insurance that will cover the stolen vehicle?

The hunt never ends.

She said it was a POS so she probably didn't carry full coverage. Insurance companiies are getting pretty tight with what they will offer full coverage for... I ran into several that didn't want to offer comp and collision on a 1999 Audi A6 4.2L with only 82k miles on it. They told me that any damage would end up totaling the car because audi's are so expensive to repair.

yes you are correct, no insurance to cover that, as it was just liability but, I do have one now till the beginning of the year, so that is a huge blessing!

My car is alarmed & I have never had a problem....a thief cannot start it unless its disarmed (good luck!). Security systems are worth every penny.

What amazes me is the sob stories these gals have whenever they run into ANY setbacks. They're in a "profession" where they dont pay taxs on most of their income (did you really think most of these hoes pay taxs?) and they can earn several hundred or more in one day in hard cash. But, like in this case they cant even buy a fukin clunker to replace a stolen car. Either A) they are simply dumb and cant manage money no matter how much or how easily they make it or B) they are so used to guys trickin for them they want everything for free even though they can do for themselves. My guess is a combination of both.

You see it all, everything from "I desperatly need a laptop..poor me...I cant go and buy one even though I suck and fuck a dozen guys a week for $100-$300 a pop" or "My car was stolen help me poor me...."

LOL..just funny. Kudos to the ladies that handle their shit and take care of their own. If you're a hoe and fuck for money yet cant take care of yourself when life throws you a curve ball maybe you should give it up. I guarantee, if she did have insurance she'd be crying for someone to help her with her deductible. Fukin stupid...

Yeah, maybe retiring is a good idea ;) not that you wont be back with a "Im Back!" message 6 months from now.

LBM...its the fukin truth though isnt it bro?! I mean shit, I have a friend with a normal 9 to 5 office job and in the last two months she spent over $2K on her car on stuff that just popped up and needed to be handled. No bitching, no asking for help, shit she just dipped into her savings and got it handled like it was nothing like a lot of gals can and do. Whats up with all these fuckin chics that make easy money yet always "need help"? Geeez, RB has become a fukin online salvation army or something...

I purchased the best alarm system on this planet called:
Revelco. A thief can't start your car without the
plug, nor can they figure out how to dismantle the wiring...

No meaness here but will never understand when a provider posts on RB for freebie. Even if you only make $200.00 a day 5 days a week thats tax free money and make more than alot of people doing the normal 9 to 5 grind.Even more now than ever.

I bought a 1988 Volvo ( $600.00 )on craigslist 2 years ago for my son and he is still driving it.Just needed some minor TLC and there ya have it Cheap cars are all over the net.

What do you think a single Mom does when she works at Walgreens full time and someone steals her car. I bet 100% she got a least a little money saved for a car.

Gee if you are in this business and can't save for hardship like a car or a computer I really think something is wrong. What ever it may be ...think about it.

I know it too well and believe me times are not always the greatest but you have to have a Savings and some goals or else your wasting your time.

Remember no finger pointing here but the truth and I still will never understand a provider posting her hardships here on RB unless it is work related due to a RIP OFF'S or anything related to Violence.

Peace....

If a women decides to go into this biz and STILL cant take care of herself something is terribly wrong. I imagine you could buy a freaking car with 1-2 days of working. Ever heard of a thing called "PRIDE?" Ive seen it all, pleas for help with rent, laptops, even cell phone bills! WTF? And to use your son's condition as part part of your plea...on a sex forum..geez.

Good post Kelly!

Before I left California in 2006 I came across a great deal on CL...couldn't pass it up....it was a 1992 Mercury Grand Marquis in supreme immaculate condition with 17,000 original miles. The original owner, and elderly lady, passed away and left it to her very well to do son....needless to say he was giving it away. I paid $1400 for it and have never had to do anything to it but general maintenance. It has 54,000 miles on it now and I feel like I still have a brand new car.

It came equipped with a chip thing that you have to insert before it will start. So the car can't be stolen, but the contents can be. I leave it simple, everything stock....and it's a clean a** vehicle.

With a little homework and diligence you can find treasures like this and it took less than 2 days to make the $1400....I drove that SOB 1800 miles to my new home.

That car will run forever... I have a friend that owns a taxi fleet in Newark and he has some Grand Marquis on the road with over 400K miles on them. They are like tanks.

MissSasha I agree with you 100%....

"With a little homework and diligence you can find treasures like this and it took less than 2 days to make the $1400"

The one thing that bothers me the most is she has been around as long as you and me have and should have other resources then RB.

How can one retire or move with no extra money. Hell what do I know.!!!

I say lets BAN all such posts from now on. It wont happen, but I bet many here agree it would help these stupid girls come up with another means of self help rather than running and posting a "plea" every time they need something. Frankly, its silly and unless its a HUGE emergency, you should be ashamed of yourself that you sell your body and have been for YEARS and still cant buy yourself a fukin crap car for $1000

I have more respect for gals that email or call clients PRIVATELY and say...

"Hey, I need to raise a little money and wanted to see if youd like a discounted session?"

What client thats seen you before would say no? Plus, youre not putting your biz out there for everyone and you can say you didnt BEG for help. Cause thats what it is....begging.

And its that attitude from captain savem's thats kept the sillyness going...

What tools? What curveballs? 90% of the pleas for help are for regular stupid shit like laptops, cell phones, rent, and cars. Normal ups and downs and issues everyday people have. But everyday people dont make half the income some of these girls see in cash in one hand and out the other.

The last chic I remember with an announcement that was warranted was that Crystal girl (name?) that was jumped and had her face kicked in and needed extensive dental surgery. That and the other violent and crazy incidents some experience. But give me a break, thats like 1 in 10.
