For me I just have to watch "True Blood". Cannot believe I got so hooked on a show...................-KD

There are some good programs out there.On a "the Glades" they had an episode having to do with the "Girlfriend Experience" and the myth that women cannot separate sex from love.

Scrubs--some of the cleverest dialogue on TV or anywhere, and some pretty cool messages about life and relationships woven in among the laughs. It's on the Comedy Central channel.

Top Chef.

The Daily Show--the best real news--seriously--going. Last night, Jon Stewart showed proof (more, actually) just what douchebags the folks on Fox News are. He outed Fox for going after the iman who is building the mosque near Ground Zero.

Fox claims the money for the mosque is coming from a known terrorist. Turns out the "known terrorist" is one of Ruppert Murdoch's FOX News Corp's largest shareholders. Stewart showed a pic of the "known terrorist," Saudi prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, riding around in a golf cart with GW Bush and shaking hands with Murdoch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, in effect, if you watch Fox News, you are helping fund the mosque.

TWo years ago, Stewart also outed Cheney's lie that he never actually said that Hussein was trying to develop nuclear weapons by showing the video in which he said it.

The Daily Show is one that I tend to record when I know I'm not going to be home so I don't miss an episode.

I don't miss 49er games !

I feel so culturally deprived. Some of the shows listed I’ve never heard of and others I only have a peripheral awareness from hearing friends talk about them. However, I do like Burn Notice and the Closer.

In reviewing my TV habits, I seem to only look at the news with any regularity. I have several premium channels with On Demand, yet seldom view them.

Considering my time on the internet, going to parties, and running around with fast women, my TV viewing is greatly suffering. I need HELP! I can't seem to watch these shows when I’m alone. I need a TV watching lady friend to help me overcome my inability to watch TV.

Flot and HS mentioned two of my favorites: Breaking Bad and Burn Notice. Breaking Bad's probably one of the most original things on TV these days (very dark comedy) and Burn Notice is just plain fun.

Here's a few others:

Castle - Great writing and great chemistry.

Covert Affairs - Pretty good so far (plus main character is a babe)

Dexter - Serial killer who kills other serial killer. HIGHLY recommend this dark comedy. Seasons 1-4 on DVD.

True Blood for me too...
followed closely by The Daily Show and, in no particular order:
the sf giants are lots of fun this year (as Kuyper says, "Giants' baseball: torture.");
2 and a half men (i even watch all the reruns) and in that same spirit, rules of engagement;
I've started to get hooked on Haven and the cia one: they both have to die for leads;
RESCUE ME!!!
Mad Men (even if Bambamm is one of them);
I could go on and on. Since my stroke coming up on 2 years ago, and the fact that I mostly can't cum anymore, I watch a lot of TV!

Oh yeah, one of the greatest is Saving Grace and I agree about Dexter.
