Shoot.Corned beef and cabbage with butter on it, tasty, seasoned tri-tip w/garlic mash and potato salad are some of my specialities.
I make a kick @ss cheesecake too.
The way I make greens is to chop up bacon, green onions and garlic, saute'....cook down...the add the kale/collard/mustard greens...cook down..then salt, pepper and Splenda (my preference - but you can add sugar if you like) to taste.
Drizzle a little homemade buttermilk ranch over the top.
OMG. 
I made a Greek salad, garlic cheddar mash and marinated, grilled chicken thighs (Sweet Baby Ray's brushed on at the end) for dinner tonight.
The Greek salad had grape tomatos from my garden. 
My apples and figs are almost ready.
I'm gonna can some, donate some and put the rest in delicious pies and assorted baked confections to give out to friends and family over the holidays.
Num-nums!

As for the salmon with semen sauce, semen salad, semen sangria, semen-covered-strawberries, etc...
