Unless it's clearly watermarked, I question studio photo's e.g. they may be stolen, borrowed, B&S. I don't want to waste my time so I usually ask for an on the spot cell phone snap to confirm. Only one damsel responded and she sent same photo from RB post. Told her it was not acceptable and she would not be considered for open position without it. If I can get a "confirmation" snap then all is cool. But without her "photo resume'" she will not be hired to work me. There are plenty of legit ladies to hire and it is senseless to waste time over the sake of curiosity. "Proof of life" is the only assured means of identification for the unknown.
