   Reassurance that my experience is either typical or atypical?

Threads from a long time ago described her as flaky.

   NO idea.

In any case, the reason I started the thread is that I may be persona non grata for unknown reasons (hopefully relating to her perception of safety and not simply arbitrary). In other words, hopefully you'll experience what has been demonstrated by her reviews, and the reason for my experience will be that she is attempting to protect herself.

I'd personally never ask her what services she offers, to be honest, but that is just me.
