   Hi Nyoka! Just ran a quick search for RV and motorhome and it seems like there are some out there, wish I had one to help you out!
Here's one... The price range seems to be really wide depending on how much you want to spend, but some seem pretty affordable.

Nyoka, I can guess what you're thinking about living/working out of an RV and that has it's advantages. But just a word of caution about the monthly maintenance on an older $2500 RV. The "house systems" (water, heat, plumbing etc) are pretty "flimsy" and need a lot more maintenance than regular house systems. Besides the money, it takes time to get those things fixed and it will probably be more frequent than you expect. At least that's been my experience with a well built but 10 year old RV.

Nyoka, you'll find quite a few on Cl and the biggest national site is

I own several currently and have had several in the past. You need to ask yourself a couple of questions first.

1. How long can I go? If you are going to any State parks, very few sites are over 30ft. If a friend's yard or on a city street, where will it fit. My 23ft is the love of my collection but it is very compact inside.

2. Will I have hookups? Showers are Navel and brief in an RV. There's not much on-board water or waste capacity. So if you want a long shower, you will need hookups. Also almost all RVs have a 6gal water heater. That's not much.

3. Battery power only goes so far. Can you run the genny or will you have shorepower?

4. Are you going to Burning Man? It's really dusty and you will NEVER get it all out of the RV. Plan on taping all your RV openings shut, except exhaust ports. And they will get filthy too.
