watch each week even above seeing friends or a provider.

For me I just have to watch "True Blood". Cannot believe I got so hooked on a show...................-KD

I have limited choices.
But everyone knows My evening starts with diet soda,
some dinner and Criminal Minds!

I did hear that true Blood is super hot and addicting....

   I'm hooked on Criminal Minds, as well. I've probably got 15 or more episodes Tivo'd, and I will watch one or two a night. More keep getting added daily. Since I just started watching it a few months ago, I still haven't seen most of them by far.

The big advantage to Tivo, is that I can watch an hour episode in just about 40 minutes.

I'm hooked on Criminal Minds too. I like it becuase it's interesting to see how criminals think and the people that try to predict behavior. I was into psychology and human behavior when I was attending the university, so I try to see how some of this stuff works. I know it's just a show but there is some logic behind it.

Not to steal the thread, but I am quite surprise that there are still high percentage of people waiting for shows each week to watch vs. tivo or DVR the shows.

It's been years now, I only watch continuing shows all at once at the end of season, 24 season 8 are still on DVR waiting to be watch (marathon in one weekend)....

   if you have tivo or dvr your must wait until the day after the show airs to check it out...so that will never fade because it will always have the live edge over tivo or dvr...but with all the free material on the interwebs now a days people arent going to have to pay for tv..and some how the higher ups are going to have to start making money off bandwidth rather than monthly fees...you are currently able to download any tv show the day after it airs out for free...off many websites/forums...

   I agree..I couldn't watch live shows with all the commercial breaks..watching on dvr w/o breaks is the best...MadMen and Breaking Bad...

I have my DVR set to "Hawthorne" on TNT every Tues and "Persons Unknown" on NBC.

But Im starting to get into a new show on TNT called "Memphis Beat"

   we r getting rid of cable to save money but i will miss "holmes on homes" and some of the biography shows. all 3 csi shows are our favorites.

I'm not a huge fan of episodic television fare, but I do enjoy the program Weeds on Showtime (and I don't even smoke pot!). The scripts are very funny, and the actors are just wonderful.

Anybody that works in an office has to say that THE OFFICE is the funniest show ever. That show is close to a reality show. The characters are exagerations of real personality types in every office.

I DVR my shows I love, I also can't stand the breaks so I get to fast forward through all that bs... the shows I love are "criminal minds" "ER, when its the new season" Ghost Hunters" and Drop dead Diva" Yup a little of everything, Oh and let me not for get " Castle"

HBO's Hard Knocks, Band of Brothers, The Pacific, and I still enjoy The Sopranos. HBO series kick ass.
