Ejaculation & orgasm can be two separate events. Most men
experience them together..Some comments form my clients is that they
have had experiences where they ejaculated but there really
wasn't any pleasure/ orgasm connected to it.
Then there are men who have had their prostates removed due to cancer
and they can no longer ejaculate , some can get erections , some can't
BUT they have learned to have multiple orgasms.

Men are LIMITED in the amount of ejaculations that they can have
but are UNLIMITED in the amount of orgasms.

One of the tidbits I turned up was a small study of an antidepressant that caused quite a stir at the time.

A number of people in the study group reported what was termed "spontaneous orgasm." In other words, for no apparent reason, wham!

It would happen at the most inopportune times in the day, causing great distress and embarrassment.

Sadly, the potential of this drug was never explored, because as soon as Viagra hit the market, these other studies whithered on the vine, so to speak.
