In the dream, I was at the dentist getting my teeth cleaned. I look up and I notice the dentist is a cute young lady. All of a sudden, as she is scraping away my plaque, she straddles me, and I realize she's in a nice little black teddy and no underwear! She then starts to get really into it, scraping away, while she writhed away on my body, my hands wandering, her teddy steadily coming off...

I woke up from the sheer strangeness of the dream before I could find out if I got a happy ending with the teeth cleaning, but it got me wondering... what other services can we have the FBS, with?

There's a dentist's chair, and she cleans his teeth.

Normally, I dread these appointments but in this case I was actually enjoying it. The two teeth happened to be the molars in the very back of my mouth so she had to lean over quite a bit to be able to see and work. While she was leaning over her breast and stomach were pushing and rubbing against my head.

Since there is not much to do or think about while you're getting drilled it provided a nice little fantasy world for me. I'll leave the details of where my thoughts went to your imagination. I'm pretty sure she didn't notice herself doing it.

Needless to say, I have one more molar to do and looking forward to it!
