"Excellent book on hypnosis"
| |
Since I brought up hypnosis on one of the threads, I have gotten a lot of how-to questions. You do need training before you hypnotize someone, and there is a short screening you need to perform on your subject before diving in, so please don't try this without some preparation. A person is disqualified from being hypnotized if any of the following are ongoing: -undergoing psychiatric treatment or counseling on emotional issues -taking anti-depressants -significant trauma in your life, loss of job, grief -significant relationship problems that you expect hypnosis to solveNow for the training. There is a great book that will train you to become an erotic hypnotist: "Look into my eyes-How to use Hynosis to bring out the best in your sex life" by Peter Masters. I have nothing to gain by putting the title out there; I just love this book because it got me started as a Hypno-Domme. It has step-by-step instructions, even scripts. Previously I had tried to learn how to do it by listening to an MP3 by Lady Julia. I thought I could listen to her and remember everything she said. Problem is, I went into a trance every time I listened to it, relaxing as she was telling me to do, so I didn't learn what I set out to learn, but I learned that being hypnotized is not something magical. It is just relaxing so that you can allow other parts of your brain to take over, parts that are under-used. |
