"Dungeon space rental? Preferably East Bay."
 
   I have a friend coming into town this weekend with whom I'd like to play. Unfortunately, we cannot go to The Citadel or PE, as discretion is key for her, and my neighbors are too nosy for my comfort.

Does anyone kmow of any dungeon or playspace rentals? Someplace with some furniture such as St. Andrew's crosses or eyebolts in the ceiling would be ideal. I've got plenty of my own toys, I just need a place to play.

This dungeon rents out by the hour. It has a St. Andrews Cross, 2 swings, pillory, rack, draw and quarter (my favorite) and safe ways to suspend someone. There is even a platform for this purpose. Also a nice collection of floggers. The owner allows parties and he makes quality leather toys, cuffs, etc charging very reasonable prices.

   Hello,
Google center for sex and culture. They have a couple of spaces and have crosses, suspension points, a spanking bench and probably more. They are quite reasonable, with the caveat that there is a set-up charge and clean up charge, possibly negotiable if you leave the space pristine. Ask for Robert, but Carol can also arrange a rental.
