Check out SOJ for classes, a quick glance of the calander shows an ongoing peer rope workshop, Prostate Play Seminar, Double Flogging workshop, etc. Near the end of the month SOJ has a Needle Lab.

The Citadel has their "EduKink" series, I have taught with SM Odyssey, back when Edges was open there were offerings. Most are very reasonably priced or covered by a donation.

   Checking the SOJ calendar is a good recommendation. One thing to look for there is classes given at The Looking Glass in Oakland. They seem to offer a class about once a month. Eve Minax will be teaching a class there on September 19th entitled "Cherry Poppin Mama! How to Work With Firsts," which might be of particular interest to a newcomer.

   very good recommendations. Midori and Cloe teach classes - both are excellent. Lots of weekly work shops all over the Bay Area

it just depends on want you really want as far as to learn, but i took the Erotic Dominace Intenisive Course, it covered alot of stuff. it was very informative, you have a varity of stuff to learn, from flogging, role paly to how to conduct yourself,Dominace negotiation,archetypes,aftercare, lots of stuff, i came out of that class learning more about myself, and others, as well as training for BDSM.....these Women are very special, and treat you as well....

   Thank you all for your help and resources for learning...I am going away for a month and when I come back I plan of diving right into some serious BDSM training...I want to learn to put a sissy girl on "her" back before me...and on "her" knees to serve me...LOL...
