The heat involved in the canning process would probably kill a submissive.

Caning, on the other hand...

I think most prosubs don't allow caning for two reasons. One, she doesn't know if you actually know anything about caning. Two, she would have marks that lasted weeks, and that's not good for business.

California is an "at-will" employment state. Provided you are her boss you could fire her at any time.

There could be a sexual harassment claim down the road however.
