I noticed they were MIA yesterday. I figured I'd wait to see if they were doing maintenance or whatever. Well, it's whatever time! At least I have a bunch of private forums to keep me occupied.

Same thing happened to me as I renewed VIP when it expired today and now no VIP forums showing up and I've logged out and back in twice.

Resolved! As another thread I saw near this one said it takes hours after renewing membership as well as logging out and back in I tried that and it worked. Yes, annoying, but patience is a virtue!
