"help someone is threatening to hurt my reputation on Redbook"
 
   There is a provider on here who is mad at me and says she's gonna rake my name through the mud. I fear she will make up fake bad reviews about me. She has threatened to make me look bad. There was a misunderstanding between us. I tried to work it out with her but she didn't want to talk about it. What can I do?

do not rant and rave over how obviously false it is. Mount an intelligent and compelling defense by going through each statement in the review and highlighting all the inconsistencies you can find.
