"Pending reviews...."
 
Is it possible to have your own pending review (meaning that you are the author) removed?

Or can I access it somehow and edit it? I kinda just want to look back at what I wrote and make sure I agree with it 100%.

Alert the review and put whatever changes you want in the alert text box.

I'm pretty sure you can still alert a pending review. To view it and alert it you will need to have a current VIP membership however.
