ANCHORED ADS

Are you discouraged to see your daily adult personal ad scroll off page one within a couple hours of posting?
Do you find yourself timing the posting of your ad every day to maximize the impact of your page one visibility?

Anchored Ads are posts which are fixed on page one of the Adult Personals. You can see anchored post technology in action in the current Adult Personal forums identified by the "Anchor" graphic icon.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

1. High visibility by permanent placement on page one.
An anchored post always remains at the top of the forum listing.
This means you will always have top visibility to thousands of RB members and guests. In our last scan, anchored ads got approximately 15-20 times the number of clicks compared to an unanchored ad.

Everyone who browses ads must start on page one. Many new visitors are intimidated by the number of daily posts. An anchored post keeps you first in line for these prospective clients. Many existing members are too busy (or lazy) to wade through multiple pages and call the first person that matches what they are seeking.

2. Unlimited editing.
Unlike other posts or personal ads, the Anchored Ads have no time limit on editing.
You may edit as many times as you want, as often as you want, whenever you want.

3. Access to special anchored ad only formatting codes, like tables, font sizes, font colors for a more professional look.

4. No maintenance necessary.
While you can edit your ad as often as you like, you can also leave it alone.
You do not need to keep posting or editing ads on a daily basis to remain visible.

i. Upon termination, the anchored ad will be unanchored and drift down into oblivion.

A: Yes, it is the same as a regular adult personal ad.
You can add or remove pictures any time you want. You can have more than one picture. There really is no limit, but somewhere between 5 - 10 is a good maximum for readability.

Q: If I travel to Bay Area, Sacramento, etc. can my post be anchored to the appropriate location?

A: At this time, you don't have the ability to move your own ads. You can still post a daily adult personal ad (your anchor ad is not counted) in the appropriate region. If there is a permanent change, we can move ads on your behalf. There will be a delay so it will become problematic if you want to move more than once every two weeks.

They include an animated thumbnail and a direct link to one of your ads (adid=). If you are an organization and have all your ads under one username, or if you travel between multiple regions and have multiple ads, it can be linked to the list of all your ads (uname=).

The featured ad thumbnail can be changed at ad renewal, or sooner for a $20 fee.

Are you tired of having your classified ad drop down out of sight before you've even had the chance to log out? Do you sit around and wait until it's your bump time? If yes, consider the AutoBump service.

Currently, everytime you edit a classifieds ad, it will bump to the top of the "new" listings. This is subject to a once per 2 hour 15 minute limit. While you can edit your ad ad many times and ad often as you want, it will not bump more than once every two hours and 15 minutes.

The autobump service, simulates an edit with no changes to bump your ad. You can still edit the ad on your own anytime you want as usual.

PLAN A. This is a once a day bump, at a time you specify, up to 7 days a week. Examples:
Everyday at 10:00 AM, OR Mon thru Fri only at 1:00 PM

PRICE: $100/1 month or $150/3 months
SPECIFY: one time of day and up to seven days of the week

PLAN B. This is an hourly autobump, up to 24 hours a day, of one ad. You can specify a shorter window if you want.

Autobump plan B keeps your ad near the top of the ad listings. This is critical because there are many targeted search shortcuts on the classifieds home page which only show the most recently updated ads.

Your ad is bumped in every shortcut that applies to your ad. This means that prospective clients will have the opportunity to see your ad when searching for people just like you.

If people cannot see your ad, they cannot call you.

NOTE: Actual bump occurs randomly between 0-9 minutes after scheduled times.
